The Vance Gate Repair Frisco Guarantee
We stand behind every gate we touch, and we put that in writing before the first tool comes off the truck. Since 2014, Adrian Vance and the team have repaired and installed more than 22,000 gates across Frisco, and every single one left with two things: a written price agreed to before work began, and a documented photo record of what was found, adjusted, or replaced. If a repair isn’t right, our 365-Day Done Right Promise means we come back and make it right at no additional charge. No argument. No expiration dance. No fine print that suddenly appears when you need it most.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every repair. If a fix we made fails within one full year, we return and correct it at no cost under the 365-Day Done Right Promise.
- Parts we install. When we supply a part, we stand behind it. If a component we installed is defective, we handle the replacement labor and coordinate the part warranty so you’re not stuck managing a manufacturer claim alone.
- Written pricing before work starts. Under Haven Standard Clause 1, the flat price is on paper and in your hand before we begin. No “call for a quote” games, no surprise invoice at the end.
- Documented evidence on every visit. Clause 4 means you get a photo log of what we found, what we set, and what we installed, plus a written record of the part number. You see the work, even if you weren’t standing at the gate the whole time.
- Clean, safe job site. We leave your gate area clear of debris, old parts, and packaging. If we opened a panel, we close it properly. If we adjusted a sensor, we test it before we leave.
- On-time arrival with a name and face. You’ll know who’s coming before we arrive. Background-checked, uniformed technicians, with a name and photo provided in advance.
Our Satisfaction Promise

If something about the repair doesn’t feel right to you, call us. That’s the entire process: you call, a live person answers, we schedule the return, and we fix it. Under the 365-Day Done Right Promise, the clock doesn’t start when we drive away. It runs for a full year from the date we completed the work. If a hinge we adjusted works loose, if a limit switch drifts, if an opener hesitates, we come back. At no charge. No deductible, no service fee, no “that’s normal wear and tear” speech. Adrian built this standard on commercial access-control sites, where a gate that doesn’t close is a liability, not a nuisance. Frisco homeowners get the same standard. If we see something during the return visit that wasn’t part of the original job, we’ll photograph it, show you, and give you a written price for that separate work. You decide. Nothing gets added to your bill without a written agreement first.
Before
AfterLicensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as strong as the company behind it. Vance Gate Repair Frisco is licensed and insured, which means two things for a Frisco homeowner. First, the work is performed to code by technicians who carry proper credentials and training. Second, if something goes wrong on the property, you’re not absorbing the cost. Insurance covers the unexpected. But the real backing is the documentation habit: every visit leaves a written record, every price is on paper before work starts, and every job is filed. That paper trail is what turns a promise into proof. Adrian Vance, Owner, has operated this way since 2014, and the 22,000-plus gates serviced since then are the evidence that the system holds up. If you ever want to see our credentials, ask. We’ll show you. We’d rather you check than wonder.
Common Questions About Our Guarantee

Does the 365-Day Done Right Promise cover parts I bought myself?
No. The Promise covers workmanship on repairs we performed and parts we supplied and installed. If you bought a part online and we installed it, the labor is covered for one year, but the part itself would fall under the manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty. We’ll help you understand what that means before we install anything you’ve sourced yourself.
What if I already got a written estimate from another company?
Bring it. We’ll review it at no cost as part of our free second opinion. We’ll tell you what’s necessary, what’s optional, and what the job actually needs. If our price is higher, we’ll explain why in plain terms, with the part numbers and labor scope written out so you can compare apples to apples. If our price is lower, you’ll have two estimates and a clear decision.
How do I know the technician won’t add charges at the end?
Because the price is written and agreed before work starts. That’s Haven Standard Clause 1, and it’s non-negotiable on every job. If we open a panel and find something we didn’t expect, we stop, photograph it, show you, and give you a written price for the additional work. You approve it before we touch it. Nothing shows up on your invoice that wasn’t on paper first.
Do you guarantee the gate will work forever?
No honest company does. Gates in Frisco sit outside in North Texas heat, dust, and occasional ice, and they’re mechanical systems that wear. What we guarantee is this: the work we do will be right, and if it isn’t, we’ll make it right for a full year at no additional charge. We’ll also tell you honestly what’s likely to need attention down the road so you’re making decisions with open eyes, not guessing.
What We Don’t Do With Our Guarantee
We don’t use it as a sales tactic. The 365-Day Done Right Promise isn’t a punchline on a flyer or a bullet point we read fast at the end of a call. It’s the reason we photograph limit switch positions, write down part numbers, and file records on every job. When a client calls us six months later with a concern, we can look at the original photo log and see exactly how the gate left our hands. That record is what lets us honor the promise without a debate. It also keeps us honest on the front end. If we see a gate with three failing parts, we tell you about all three, photograph all three, and give you a written price for what you choose to address. We don’t fix one thing quietly and wait for the next one to fail so we can bill you again. That’s not how a one-year promise survives contact with reality. Call (940) 290-7996 if you have a question about coverage, a past job, or a gate that needs eyes on it today. A live person answers, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And yes, the estimate is free, and yes, it’s in writing before we start.
